This guide is for your customers — people who want to be notified when an out-of-stock product becomes available again. You can link to this page from your store's footer or help center.
Subscribing to a Product
Step 1: Find an out-of-stock product
When a product is out of stock, the regular "Add to Cart" button is replaced with a notification form or button. Look for the "Notify Me" form on the product page.
Step 2: Enter your email
Fill in your email address in the notification form. If the store collects phone numbers, you can optionally enter yours as well — this field is never required.

Your email address is used only to notify you when this specific product becomes available. It will not be used for marketing emails.
Step 3: Submit the form
Click the Notify Me (or similar) button to submit. You'll see a confirmation message letting you know your subscription was registered successfully.
That's it. You'll receive an email automatically when the product is back in stock.
What Happens Next
Once you subscribe:
- Your request is saved with a Pending status
- You don't need to do anything else
- When the store updates the product's stock, the notification system detects the change automatically
- You'll receive an email with a direct link to the product page so you can purchase it immediately
TIP
Stock can sell out quickly after a restock notification goes out. Visit the product page as soon as you receive the email to secure your purchase.
Receiving the Notification Email
The notification email includes:
- The product name and image
- A direct link to the product page
- An unsubscribe link to opt out of future notifications for this product
Unsubscribing
Every notification email contains an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to cancel your subscription immediately — no login or account required.
Your subscription status will change to Cancelled and you will not receive any further notifications for that product.

If you subscribed multiple times (e.g., using different email addresses), each subscription has its own unsubscribe link.
Common Questions
I submitted the form but didn't get a confirmation
Check your spam or junk folder. If the confirmation isn't there, try submitting the form again with the same email address. Duplicate subscriptions for the same product and email are not created.
The "Notify Me" form isn't showing on the product page
The notification form only appears when a product is genuinely out of stock. If the product shows as available (even in limited quantity), no form will appear. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
I received the notification but the product is already sold out again
Stock can move quickly after a restock. If the product is out of stock again, submit a new notification request using the form that reappears on the product page.
How do I unsubscribe if I deleted the notification email?
Contact the store directly and ask them to remove your subscription. They can delete it from the admin panel.
Does subscribing create an account?
No. Subscribing only requires your email address. No account is created and no password is set.
