This guide is for customers who want to use the wallet feature on your store.
What is Your Wallet?
Your wallet is like a digital account where you can store money to shop faster. Think of it as a prepaid balance for the store.
Benefits:
- Pay instantly without entering card details every time
- Get refunds faster (straight to your wallet)
- Keep track of all your transactions in one place
Accessing Your Wallet
- Log in to your account on the store
- Go to My Account
- Click on My Wallet or E-Wallet
You'll see:
- Your current balance
- Your transaction history
- Buttons to add money or withdraw
Adding Money to Your Wallet (Top-up)
Want to add money to your wallet? Here's how:
Step 1: Start the Top-up
- Go to your wallet page
- Click Top Up Wallet or Add Money
Step 2: Enter the Amount
- Type the amount you want to add
- Or click a quick amount button (like $50, $100)
Limits
There may be minimum and maximum amounts you can add at once. The page will show you these limits.
Step 3: Choose Payment Method
Select how you want to pay:
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
- Other options available on your store
Step 4: Complete Payment
- Follow the payment instructions
- Complete the payment with your chosen method
- Once payment is confirmed, money appears in your wallet immediately!
Step 5: Confirmation
You'll see:
- Updated wallet balance
- A confirmation message
- The transaction in your history
Checking Your Balance
Your balance is always shown at the top of your wallet page.
What your balance means:
- This is money you can spend at the store
- It's stored safely in your account
- You can use it anytime you shop
Viewing Your Transactions
Your wallet page shows all your transactions:

| Withdrawal | You moved money out of your wallet |
Each transaction shows:
- The date and time
- The amount
- Your balance before and after
Withdrawing Money
Want to get money out of your wallet? You can request a withdrawal.
Step 1: Start the Withdrawal
- Go to your wallet page
- Click Withdraw or Request Withdrawal
Step 2: Enter Details
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw
- Choose your payout method:
- Bank Transfer - Money goes to your bank account
- PayPal - Money goes to your PayPal account
- Enter your payment details (bank account, PayPal email, etc.)
Step 3: Submit Request
- Review your request
- Click Submit
- You'll see a confirmation
Step 4: Wait for Processing
- The store will review your request
- This usually takes 1-3 business days
- You'll be notified when it's approved
- Money is sent to your account after approval
What If My Withdrawal Is Rejected?
Don't worry! If rejected:
- The money goes back to your wallet immediately
- You can try again with correct details
- Contact support if you need help
