Requirements

  • Botble CMS 7.3.0 or later

Quick Start

  1. Install the plugin via Admin → Plugins
  2. Activate it — the chat widget appears on your frontend immediately
  3. Go to Admin → Live Chat → Agents to create support agents
  4. Go to Admin → Live Chat → Conversations to manage chats
  5. Configure settings at Admin → Live Chat → Settings
  6. Agents log in at /agent/login to access their personal portal
