Customer Management

Manage customer accounts, orders, and profiles from the admin panel.

Viewing Customers

Go to Ecommerce -> Customers in the admin panel to view all registered customers.

Customer Details

Click on a customer to view:

  • Profile: Name, email, phone, address
  • Orders: Complete order history
  • Wishlist: Saved products
  • Reviews: Submitted product reviews

Creating a Customer

  1. Go to Ecommerce -> Customers
  2. Click Create
  3. Fill in customer details (name, email, password)
  4. Click Save

Customer Account Features

Customers can manage their account from the frontend:

  • View and edit profile information
  • View order history and track orders
  • Manage shipping addresses
  • Access wishlist and compare lists
  • Download invoices
  • Change language and currency preferences
