Reviews
Product reviews help build trust and drive purchasing decisions. SnapCart displays reviews with star ratings on product pages.
Enabling Reviews
Reviews are enabled by default. Toggle in Appearance -> Theme Options -> Features -> Product Reviews.
Managing Reviews
Go to Ecommerce -> Reviews in the admin panel to:
- View all submitted reviews
- Approve or reject reviews
- Delete inappropriate reviews
Review Display
On product pages, reviews show:
- Star rating (1-5 stars)
- Customer name
- Review date
- Review text
- Overall product rating average
Review Settings
Configure review settings in Ecommerce -> Settings:
- Auto-approve reviews: Automatically publish reviews without admin approval
- Only verified purchasers: Only allow customers who purchased the product to leave reviews
TIP
Encourage customers to leave reviews by sending a follow-up email after delivery. Authentic reviews significantly improve conversion rates on mobile.
